Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and I truly appreciate the opportunity to take care of your hair. Life happens, and I completely understand—but when cancellations happen last minute, it’s difficult to fill the spot. To keep things running smoothly and respect everyone's time, here’s what you need to know: Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours' notice so I can offer the appointment to another client. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust or reschedule your service, and a late cancellation fee may apply. If you’re significantly late, your appointment may need to be canceled, and the no-show fee will be charged. Deposits To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking: 25% deposit is required for all appointments. 50% deposit is required for high-ticket services (such as extensions, major color transformations, and corrective color services). Deposits are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of the appointment. With at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. Emergency Cancellations I know unexpected things come up! If you have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
